Hey everyone,
Thanks for checking back on my blog. A couple of changes have happened since last week's post.
First, I celebrated my 25th birthday on Sunday and had a great time hanging out with friends. I really appreciated all the birthday wishes and shoutouts I got from everyone.
On the baseball side, I went to the press conference on Monday that announced Buck Showalter as the new Orioles' manager, and I'm really looking forward to having him lead our team.
In the past, Buck has turned a lot of teams around pretty quickly, and I know him coming aboard will be the same for us.
I really feel that with Buck as our new manager, it will work out to be something positive. We have a lot of young players on our team, including me, and we all want to keep playing in October.
With our hunger and drive to win combined with a strong new leader, I am confident we will be able to make this happen.
We're in Baltimore for the next two series, and I couldn't be happier playing back at the Yard.
