Looking forward to the Bubble Gum Fan Challenge

Hey guys,

We're halfway through September and I still cannot believe the season is almost over. We're looking to finish strong the next few weeks and hopefully be a postseason spoiler.

This past weekend, we were in Toronto for the Toronto Film Festival and had a great time. We arrived in Toronto on the opening night of the film festival, so the city was buzzing with action, which was really cool to see. A few of us went to the grand opening party of the film festival and had an awesome time seeing some celebs and major players in Hollywood.

It was also just an interesting experience to play on 9/11 and reflect on the 10-year anniversary of the tragic event. I was in high school in California when everything happened and I just remember waking up on that day to the horrible news. Ten years later, it's an honor to play in the big leagues and honor our country by playing America's favorite pastime.

I'm looking forward to this last weekend homestand and then hitting the road for a week before finishing up at home. I'm going to be participating in the MASNsports.com Bubble Gum Fan Challenge tomorrow on the field. I'm looking forward to seeing if anyone can beat me in who can blow the biggest bubbles.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to win, but excited to see who my challenger is. Whoever wins, we're giving away a flat-screen TV, so let's see who can beat me!
