Mid-fifth, the Dodgers regain the lead 2-1. Roark has six strikeouts.
Update II: Grandal singled and scored on a Max Muncy double down the right field line. Roark managed to induce a 4-3 double play to end the threat. That’s likely it for him.

Update III: Stripling finished six innings, allowed one run on four hits with a career-high nine strikeouts. He threw 96 pitches, 66 for strikes.
Update IV: Roark lasted seven inings, surrendering three runs on six hits with one walk and eight strikeouts. He threw a season-high 117 pitches, 74 for strikes.

Update V: Facing Trevor Gott, the Dodgers score another run on a sacrifice fly to deep left field by Muncy. Howie Kendrick injured his right leg on the throw in and had to leave the game. He was carted off to the center field tunnel. Andrew Stevenson replaced Kendrick.
