With Ray Lewis making the announcement, the Ravens fittingly added a top defensive player.
Texas outside linebacker Sergio Kindle is the Ravens' choice with the 43rd overall pick.
Here's a link to Kindle's YouTube highlight reel.
The 6-foot-2, 250 linebacker was considered a mid-first-round pick, but dropped because of a medical concern with his right knee. Kindle also suffers from narcolepsy and ADD.
Kindle is considered a high-motor guy, but he has his share of character concerns as well. He was suspended for three games in 2007 after a DWI arrest, and in June of 2009, he drove his car into an apartment complex and fled the scene of the accident.
There have been reports that some teams were concerned enough about Kindle's knee to take him off their draft board.
The Ravens were not one of those teams. Kindle, who was considered one of the most talented outside linebackers in this year's class, becomes their first pick of the 2010 draft.
