In the "it's news, but it's not really news" department: the Ravens announced that wide receiver Mark Clayton, cornerback Fabian Washington and punter Sam Koch all made things official today, signing their restricted free agent tenders.
This guarantees that all three will be with the Ravens this season.
Washington was given a first-round tender by the Ravens, which Clayton and Koch both received second-round tenders.
Washington and Clayton have not been able to participate in minicamps because of knee and shoulder injuries, respectively. Clayton expects to be healthy in the next few weeks, while Washington hopes to be 100 percent by training camp.
The Ravens have also signed five exclusive rights players: linebacker Dannell Ellerbe, defensive tackle Kelly Talavou, safety K.J. Gerard, wide receiver Justin Harper and cornerback Cary Williams.
