I'm setting up shop in beautiful FedEx Field, a stadium that I've been to a few times, although this is my first time inside the press box.
We're located in the corner of one of the end zones, and while it's not a bad view, it's not close to the quality of the media location at M&T Bank Stadium.
I already see a few familiar faces roaming around on the field, including quarterback John Beck, who was traded to the Skins less than three weeks ago, and kicker Graham Gano, who was in camp with the Ravens last summer.
Beck got a big hug from Joe Flacco as Ravens players started to make their way onto the field for warm-ups, and Flacco and Todd Heap spent a good 10 minutes chatting with their former teammate.
Gano was signed by Washington last December, and after going a perfect 4-of-4 in four games last season, the Redskins felt comfortable enough with him to hand him the job for 2010.
Michael Oher also found a friend on the field during warm-ups - former Ole Miss teammate Shay Hodge. The rookie wide receiver signed with the Skins after being cut by the 49ers this offseason.
