Gaither still not practicing

The health issues continue for Jared Gaither.

Gaither sat out practice again this morning because of cramps, which marks the second time this camp that cramps have been an issue for the offensive tackle.

Go ahead, make your jokes now.

"He's got some muscle cramps, spasms I guess you could call them, between his shoulder blades and his upper back," head coach John Harbaugh said after practice this morning.

"He just can't get into his stance and play right now, so we've got to work that out somehow."

Gaither spent part of practice with a trainer getting stretched out. The fourth-year pro lost 29 pounds this offseason, which might be contributing to his health problems.

With Gaither out, Oniel Cousins and rookie Ramon Harewood split most of the first-team reps at right tackle. Michael Oher got all the snaps at left tackle with the first-team offense.
