Throughout training camp and the preseason, head coach John Harbaugh has been good about answering injury-related questions.
Now that the preseason is over and the regular season opener against the Jets is 10 days away, Harbaugh is going to clamp down on the information.
In today's press conference with reporters, Harbaugh was asked about defensive end Paul Kruger, who was not out at practice this morning.
Harbaugh said that Kruger fell on his shoulder during last night's preseason finale, but that he didn't know the extent of the injury.
When I then asked about the status of defensive tackle Kelly Talavou, who left the field last night with trainers by his side, Harbaugh smiled.
"I would just say this about all the injuries - I don't have to talk to you guys about them," Harbaugh quipped. "So we'll have an injury report on Thursday, and you'll see it when it comes out on Thursday."
Yup, the regular season is here, alright.
