The return of Lardarius Webb

For the first time since tearing his ACL last December, Lardarius Webb will suit up for an NFL game today when the Ravens take the field against the Bengals.

After missing all of training camp, the preseason and the Ravens' regular season opener on Monday night, Webb is active for today's game, according to the team. The second-year cornerback was not listed on the Ravens' injury report all week and fully participated in all the team's practices.

It's unknown what role Webb will play today, although it's unlikely that he'll start at cornerback. The Ravens will probably choose to slowly ease him back into action over the next couple weeks.

Tight end Todd Heap (shoulder) and linebackers Jarret Johnson (back), Ray Lewis (foot) and Jameel McClain (knee) are all active and will play after being limited this week.

Rookie nose tackle Terrence Cody (knee) will not play today; the run-stuffing defensive lineman will sit out another week as he recovers from knee surgery.

Here are the Ravens' inactives: NT Terrence Cody, DT Lamar Divens, OT Jared Gaither, DT Art Jones, DE Paul Kruger, CB Prince Miller, LB Jason Phillips and WR Donte' Stallworth.
