Earlier today, Joe Flacco showed off his brand new Jersey Shore-themed haircut.
As if that wasn't enough Flacco excitement for one day, it was announced that the Ravens' quarterback has been nominated for FedEx's Air Player of the Week for his performance against the Bills on Sunday.
In the Ravens' 37-34 overtime win, Flacco completed 16 of 31 passes for 250 yards and three touchdowns.
Flacco will need help from his fans in order to take home the Week 7 award and make a $2,000 charitable donation to Safe Kids USA. Fans have until 12 p.m. on Friday to visit NFL.com/FedEx and vote.
Flacco's competition for the award consists of Panthers quarterback Matt Moore, who went 28-of-41 for 308 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in a win over the 49ers, and Falcons QB Matt Ryan, who was 24-of-33 for 299 yards, three touchdowns and one pick in a victory over the Bengals.
Since his four-interception performance Week 2 against the Bengals, Flacco has posted a pretty impressive stat line.
In his last five games, Flacco has thrown 9 TDs and just 1 INT. He's got a 64.8 percent completion percentage in that time, and has a 105.1 quarterback rating.
Not too shabby.
