Ed Reed is kinda good at football

Think the Ravens are happy that Ed Reed's back?

Baltimore only had three interceptions on the season coming into today, and Reed himself has two in three quarters of play in his first game action of the 2010 season.

Reed has picked off Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick twice, the second of which he returned 40 yards inside the Buffalo 10-yard line.

He also has a forced fumble on the afternoon.

The former Defensive Player of the Year has been all over the field today in his first game since coming off the Physically Unable to Perform list.

He came up limping the play before his more recent interception and missed the first few snaps of Buffalo's next offensive possession, but has since returned to the field.

It might be easy to take for granted Reed's playmaking ability because we've seen him do this so many times in the past. But when you think about how few turnovers the Ravens forced through their first six games and how Reed has changed the game today with his big plays, you realize how good this guy really is.
