Zbikowski ruled out, Heap questionable

Earlier today, head coach John Harbaugh said that the chances of safety Tom Zbikowski suiting up this Sunday against the Bills were "slim at best".

Slim has just left town.

Zbikowski has been ruled out of the Bills game with a heel injury. He joins OT Jared Gaither (back), LB Tavares Gooden (shoulder) and WR Donte' Stallworth (foot), who were all ruled out for Sunday's contest earlier in the week.

Meanwhile, TE Todd Heap (neck) has been listed as questionable. Heap didn't practice on Wednesday, was upgraded to limited participation on Thursday, and had a full practice today. Earlier this afternoon, he said that he expects to play on Sunday.

WR David Reed (thigh) was a new addition to the injury report today; the rookie missed this morning's practice and has been listed as questionable.

Nine Ravens are listed as probable: LB Jarret Johnson (back), LB Edgar Jones (thigh), DE Paul Kruger (knee), WR Derrick Mason (ankle/finger), T Tony Moll (eye), S Haruki Nakamura (back), RB Ray Rice (ankle), WR Marcus Smith (back) and CB Josh Wilson (thigh).

For the Bills, two starters have been ruled out: CB Terrence McGee (back) and OT Cornell Green (knee). Buffalo's starting nose tackle, Kyle Williams (ankle), missed practice for the second straight day and is listed as questionable.
