Chargers add a former Ravens WR

The merry-go-round of former Ravens wide receivers signing with new teams continues.

The Chargers, who are having serious depth issues at the receiver spot, signed Kelley Washington today.

Washington spent last season here in Baltimore as the Ravens' third wide receiver. He joined the team after a successful May tryout.

The now 31-year-old wideout appeared in 15 games for the Ravens, starting two, and made 34 catches for 431 yards and two touchdowns.

Washington was with the Eagles during training camp this year, but was released by Philadelphia after failing to make the 53-man roster out of camp.

So, to recap, here's where a few former Ravens wide receivers currently stand:

Washington is with the Chargers, Mark Clayton is with the Rams (although he's on Injured Reserve after tearing the patellar tendon in his right knee back in Week 5), Demetrius Williams is with the Browns after signing with Cleveland last week, and Yamon Figurs is currently unemployed after being released by the Browns two weeks ago.
