Despite the fact the Ravens are coming off their bye week, they're still battling a number of lingering injuries.
But they're not alone.
The Texans listed a whopping 18 players on today's injury report, including a number of big-time players.
Wide receiver Andre Johnson (hamstring), quarterback Matt Schaub (right shoulder) and fullback James Casey (chest) all missed practice today for Houston. In addition to those three, four Texans starters were limited today: running back Arian Foster (quad), linebacker DeMeco Ryans (elbow/hamstring/knee), defensive end Antonio Smith (ankle) and right guard Mike Brisiel (ankle/knee).
Backup running backs Ben Tate (groin/Achilles) and Derrick Ward (ankle) were also limted.
Baltimore's injury report doesn't tell us much outside of what I wrote earlier today.
Cornerbacks Jimmy Smith (ankle) and Chris Carr (hamstring) didn't practice, while seven Ravens were limited: running back Anthony Allen (thigh), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hamstring), wide receiver Lee Evans (ankle), guard Ben Grubbs (toe), S Haruki Nakamura (knee), wide receiver David Reed (shoulder) and safety Tom Zbikowski (head).
