100% Effort

This is the one thing every baseball player can give 100% of the time.

I don't see it with every player here or in the Majors. I don't care what other teams are doing. I care about my team, the Orioles.

I understand it is a long season. But, it is their job. I don't expect success every day. I do expect 100% effort every day.

Run out every play. Try to make every play. I don't care what the score is, or what inning it is. I want to see 100% effort on every play.

This team is talented enough to compete with 100% effort.

The young pitching is going to be here by the end of next year and should be good enough to compete every day.

But, only if we play 100% on every play.

Here's to 100% effort!!!
