Okay, let's not print the playoff tickets yet. But, it sure was nice seeing some good starting pitching and defense this weekend.
Oh, did I forget to mention the offense, which has been so offensive this year?
It sure was nice to get all three against Boston and four of the six games on the homestand. I left Camden Yards yesterday with my chest out a little.
The guys did the job and it wasn't easy either. There were some uh-oh-here-we-go-again moments. But the guys didn't let that bother them. They got the job done and it was fun again at the Yard against the hated Yankees and Red Sox.
Hopefully, the Orioles will continue to swing the bats in New York and Minnesota to give the starters some room to work.
