Looking at Bernadina’s ankle injury

Nats outfielder Roger Bernadina visited the Nats clubhouse this morning just hours after having two screws put in his fractured right ankle.

He could be walking in a month, and he told me he hopes to begin his rehab in about two months, though he added that he wants to be one hundred percent healthy and not rush back.

His spirits seemed upbeat despite the devastating injury, which Manny Acta called ‘crushing.’
