Joel Peralta’s been getting the job done out of the ‘pen

Joel Peralta didn’t make Washington’s Opening Day roster, but since his midseason call up, Peralta has been very reliable out of the Nats’ bullpen. In 34 innings this season, Peralta has a glowing 2.65 ERA and has struck out 30 batters.

Debbi Taylor had a chance to catch up with the Nats’ reliever to discuss the bullpen’s game plan and their success this season.
