For Lannan, confidence is key since return from minors

John Lannan started Opening Day for the Nats, but struggled at the beginning of the year so he was optioned to Double-A Harrisburg. However, since being recalled on Aug. 1, Lannan is 3-0 with a 3.09 ERA. He has also struck out 15 batters while walking only five hitters. Pudge joins elite company with 300th home run
