Back before everyone and their mother knew who Joe Flacco was, K.C. Keeler was confident the quiet, laid-back quarterback from the University of Delaware, a Division I-AA school, had the talent and tools to be an All-Pro in the NFL.
At the time, people might have laughed at him. I don't think anyone's laughing now.

Instead, Harbaugh is taking part in a six-day trip to the Pursian Gulf on the inaugural NFL-USO Coaches Tour.
