Jason Marquis has proven in the past that he's a heck of a pitcher. His numbers at Colorado confirm that. Mike Rizzo is a very smart man, and very few can evaluate talent as the Nationals GM can. He paid a lot of green to get Marquis to sign on the dotted line, and no way is Mike, or anyone else for that matter,
