Todd Bouman (QB, 6-2, 226, 10th-year, St. Cloud State)
Daren Stone (S, 6-3, 215, 2nd-year, Maine) - Stone's bio is on page 247 of the 2008 Atlanta Falcons media guide
Baltimore also signed the following player its practice squad:
Anwar Phillips (CB, 6-0, 187, 1st-year, Penn State) - Phillips was waived off the Ravens' active roster on 11/3
The Ravens waived the following player:
Ernie Wheelright (WR, 6-5, 220, Rookie, Minnesota)
