After last week’s image stumped quite a few of you, I won’t say this week’s ‘Where in the Yard?’ is easy, but I hope you’ll have a better time identifying this week’s picture from from the Yard.
The many of you who routinely prove how well you know your O’s already know how it’s done. But if you’re joining us for the first time, take a look at the photo below and see if you can figure out what we’re looking at and where it’s located in or around Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Submit your answer using the comment box below and check back to see if you made the list of those who guessed correctly.
Good Luck O’s fans!
Add Steve P, Jeremy from Cumberland, Heathir, Bob St, Amy, Dom, John W., Lauren, Scotty B, Jeff from Rockville, and Legend CB5 to the list as well...
Answer: This week’s image was a snapshot of one of the banners that hang from the light poles in and around Camden Yards and even throughout Baltimore. Adam Jones’ likeness is one of several Orioles depicted on the banners, which remind visitors to the Baltimore area that they’ve officially reached Birdland.
Also, thanks to the handful of you who submitted your suggestions for future Where in the Yard? image ideas - You might just see one of your suggestions here in the O’s Buzz in weeks to come, which should mean a freebie for you as a reward for passing along your feedback. Thanks again O’s fans.
And finally, since this is the last week in April, stay tuned for our first winner of the 2010 season to be posted here soon in the Orioles Buzz!
