Did you know that the Orioles used 26 pitchers last season? Yes, Chris Davis counts.

As the O’s look toward spring training, they have many pitchers to evaluate, including their newest acquisition, Jair Jurrjens. The former Braves hurler is expected to be officially introduced next week.

The Birds signed 31-year-old Chris Dickerson to a minor-league deal, which includes an invitation to spring training, on Tuesday. Rob Delaney, Manny Delcarmen and Chris Pettit, all of whom have major league experience, were also signed to minor league deals this week.

The Orioles made changes in their staff this week, including naming Kent Qualls director of minor league operations. For a full listing of minor league managers and coaches, click here.

Two players who will begin their seasons in the minors but may end the 2013 season in the big leagues are top prospects Dylan Bundy and Kevin Gausman. On Tuesday, MLB.com released its top 100 prospects list, with Bundy coming in at No. 2 and Gausman at No. 37.
