Orioles’ Norris visits hometown Boys & Girls Club

With two weeks left until pitchers and catchers report, the Orioles are starting to wrap up their offseason before the long baseball season begins.

Before heading to FanFest this Saturday, pitcher Bud Norris took time to host an event in his hometown of Novato, Calif., for the Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco.

Prior to pitching in a Wiffle ball game, Norris spoke to children and other attendees on the importance of staying motivated.

“Every day when the sun comes out, you have to find something that pushes you,” Norris said, as reported by the Novato Advance. “Strive for more and work hard.”
