Been a while since signing on from the M&T Bank Stadium press box, as nearly a month has passed since the Ravens last took to their home turf for a 31-29 win over the Cowboys.
Baltimore has won an NFL-best 14 straight games in this venue entering today's contest with the Raiders and will be looking to improve to 7-2 overall today. If history holds, the Ravens will - they're 4-0 all-time versus Oakland in Baltimore.
As for who's playing and who's not, the Ravens will have all three key pieces who were listed as questionable on Friday's injury report. Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, guard Bobbie Williams and guard Marshal Yanda are all active.
The Raiders aren't quite as fortunate, as they'll be without star running back Darren McFadden and defensive tackle Richard Seymour.
Defensive end Pernell McPhee highlights the Ravens' seven inactives. He's joined by cornerback Asa Jackson, safety Christian Thompson, offensive lineman Ramon Harewood, wideout Deonte Thompson, and tight end Billy Bajema.
Also out for the Raiders: quarterback Terrelle Pryor, running back Mike Goodson, tackle Khalif Barnes, offensive lineman Lucas Nix and defensive end Jack Crawford. Additionally, Oakland has activated cornerback Ron Bartell from injured reserve/designated to return and promoted rookie running back Jeremy Stewart from the practice squad. To make room, the Raiders waived cornerback Pat Lee and placed cornerback Shawntae Spencer on injured reserve.
