Ngata, Webb, D. Smith all active for Ravens vs. Jets

Haloti Ngata’s balky left knee only kept him out for a week. After being listed as questionable for today’s contest against the New York Jets, the Ravens nose tackle is active and expected to start.

The same goes for Baltimore’s other two players who were listed as questionable - cornerback Lardarius Webb (abs) and linebacker Daryl Smith (thigh).

The Ravens have deactivated cornerback Asa Jackson, safety Omar Brown, tailback Bernard Scott, center Ryan Jensen, wideout Deonte Thompson, linebacker John Simon and defensive tackle Brandon Williams.

That also means that receiver Brandon Stokley is active for the first time since Sept. 22 against Houston. Stokley has been hampered by a groin injury while also being deemed the odd man out because of Thompson’s speed.

The Jets will be without quarterback David Garrard (knee), leading receiver Jeremy Kerley (elbow), running back Alex Green, linebacker Garrett McIntyre (knee), guard Will Campbell, tackle Ben Ijalana and offensive lineman Oday Aboushi.

Kerley leads New York with 28 catches for 347 yards.
