Remember that complicated scenario laid out here Saturday? The one that would end with a six-way tie for the AFC's second wild card spot?
Well, it happened.
The Ravens beat the Jets, the Dolphins lost, the Chargers won, the Steelers beat the Browns and the Titans beat the Raiders.
So six teams are tied at 5-6 for the AFC's sixth playoff spot. The Ravens have played three of the teams involved in that deadlock and are 2-1 against them - with wins over the Jets and Dolphins, and a loss to the Steelers.
So Baltimore is in good shape in that race with a key matchup for both the wild card and division coming up Thursday when Pittsburgh is at M&T Bank Stadium.
The Ravens improved their chances in the AFC North with Sunday's win over New York and the first-place Bengals idle. Baltimore is now tied with the Steelers for second place in the division, two games behind Cincinnati (7-4).
A win over the Steelers will be crucial, as it could give the Ravens sole possession of second place in the division and a split season series with Pittsburgh will improve Baltimore's playoff chances in the case of a complicated tie for the second wild card.
At the very least, it should be an exciting final five weeks of the season.
