Not much news on the Ravens' injury front today, as tight end Todd Heap (hamstring) and wide Derrick Mason (ankle) were both limited for a second straight day.
Four key special teams players did not practice this afternoon. Linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo (knee) and safety Haruki Nakamura (illness) were new additions to the injury report, which included wide receiver/kick returner David Reed (concussion) and safety Tom Zbikowski (back) for a second straight day.
Center Matt Birk (knee), guard/tackle Tony Moll (illness), linebacker Jason Phillips (illness) and wide receiver Marcus Smith (shoulder) all had a full practice today.
While the Browns had to hold practice yesterday without starting quarterback Colt McCoy (illness), running back Peyton Hillis (knee) and Pro Bowl defensive lineman Shaun Rogers (ankle/hip), all three returned to practice today.
McCoy was upgraded to full participation after his illness dissipated.
"I'm feeling a lot better," McCoy said today during a conference call with Baltimore reporters. "I don't know whether it was a 24-hour bug or if I got food poisoning or what, but yesterday wasn't a good today. But today, I feel fine. I'm back and had a good practice and am back rolling.
Hillis and Rogers were both upgraded to limited participation for the Browns.
Starting cornerback Sheldon Brown (shoulder), right tackle John St. Clair (ankle) and right guard Floyd Womack (knee) were limited for the second straight day, while starting defensive lineman Kenyon Coleman (knee) was downgraded to no participation today.
