Ravens appear fairly healthy as they prep for Steelers

The Ravens had seven players listed as questionable for their playoff game against the Chiefs last weekend, including four starters.

This week, they appear much healthier.

The only starter to miss practice today was center Matt Birk (knee). Birk has been given a day off here and there the last couple weeks to rest his bumps and bruises, but he doesn’t appear to be in serious danger of missing Saturday’s divisional round game against the Steelers.

Wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth (illness) also missed practice today, while cornerback Chris Carr (thigh) was limited.

Linebacker Tavares Gooden (shoulder) and safety Tom Zbikowski (back) both had a full practice.

For the Steelers, safety Troy Polamalu (ankle) didn’t practice, but he’s expected to play on Saturday.

Cornerback Bryant McFadden (abdomen) and defensive end Aaron Smith (triceps) were both limited today.
