I'm back at Ravens headquarters for Day Two of the rollercoaster ride that is the NFL Draft.
Too bad I just ate. Don't I have to wait half an hour after eating before riding the rollercoaster? Or does that rule apply to swimming? I forget.
In any event, the Ravens currently hold the 58th and 90th picks, which fall in the second and third round, respectively.
One thing to consider while watching tonight's activity - the Ravens might look to trade around a bit, but two of their picks cannot be dealt. Both of Baltimore's fifth-round selections (164 and 165 overall) are compensatory picks, which by rule cannot be traded.
Any wheeling and dealing that general manager Ozzie Newsome makes must involve the Ravens' five other remaining selections.
So far, with the first four picks of the second round, we've had two cornerbacks and two quarterbacks come off the board.
One of those QBs, TCU's Andy Dalton, went to the Bengals, who now have someone to throw to their first-round pick, wideout A.J. Green.
Think Cincinnati is anticipating the departure of quarterback Carson Palmer and wide receiver Chad Ochocinco?
