Jets' Cromartie not so impressed with Torrey Smith

Despite dealing with bruised ribs and a bruised lung, Jets cornerback Antonio Cromatie expects to play Sunday night against the Ravens.

Assuming he does suit up, Cromartie will likely square off against Ravens rookie wide receiver Torrey Smith, who is coming off an incredibly impressive performance last weekend against the Rams, when he recorded five catches for 152 yards and three touchdowns.

I say "incredibly impressive" because that's how most people would describe Smith's effort that day.

Cromartie, however, is less than impressed with Smith overall.

"He had one big game. That's it," Cromartie told New York reporters today. "He has five catches for his whole career. He has a three-game career."

You can't argue with anything that Cromartie said. Those comments are all factually based.

Those comments will also probably be posted on Smith's locker tomorrow morning.

Cromartie had a full practice today after missing yesterday's session entirely. He told New York reporters that he will wear a protective vest on Sunday, which will protect the injuries he suffered last weekend against the Raiders.

"I feel good now," Cromartie said. "After the (Raiders) game I felt like a fish out of water. Right now I feel 100 percent."
