Zbikoswki update plus Wednesday's injury report

Tom Zbikowski (concussion) says he hasn't yet been cleared for contact, but the Ravens' safety was listed as a full participant in today's practice.

The fourth-year man out of Notre Dame has missed the last two games since suffering the concussion against the Jets back in Week 4, but he says his symptoms have been gone for the last handful of days and he expects to be able to play Sunday against the Cardinals.

"Yeah, I'm feeling good," Zbikowski said after practice. "Was feeling good by the end of last week, too, but just wanted to be cautious and wasn't quite cleared yet. Just practicing now without contact, keep making sure there's no symptoms and hopefully be ready for Sunday."

Cornerback Chris Carr (hamstring) was limited today, while wide receiver Lee Evans (ankle), guard Ben Grubbs (toe), running back Anthony Allen (thigh) and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hamstring) all did not practice.

For the Cardinals, starting running back Beanie Wells (knee), linebacker Joey Porter (knee) and safety Kerry Rhodes (foot) did not participate in today's session.

Former Ravens tight end Todd Heap (hamstring) was limited.
