Breathe easy, Ravens fans.
Haloti Ngata has returned to practice.
After missing the last two days of practice because of a thigh injury, Ngata was back out there this afternoon, taking part in drills with the rest of the Ravens' defensive lineman.
Ngata appeared to be moving well, and it looks like the Pro Bowl defensive tackle is good to go for Sunday night's game against the Steelers.
Also practicing today was left guard Ben Grubbs, who now has made it through an entire week of practice. Grubbs is still battling a toe injury, and he looked limited again today, splitting first-team reps with Andre Gurode.
Not participating in the portion of practice open to the media were wide receiver Lee Evans (ankle) and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hamstring).
