Lewis takes part in second straight practice

Both the Ravens' and 49ers' injury reports look exactly the same today as they did yesterday.

I was considering just copying and pasting the text from my entry last night into this one, but I'll not be a slacker and re-type the information in an original way.

Don't say I've never done anything nice for you.

Linebacker Ray Lewis (foot) is listed as limited for the second straight day. Lewis didn't speak to the media today, but if you missed the statement he issued through the team which features his thoughts on the possibility of playing Thursday night, click here.

Cornerback Chris Carr (back) and defensive tackle Arthur Jones (concussion) did not practice again today.

Carr said that his back flared up on him recently, but he doesn't think it's a major issue and expects to play against the 49ers on Thursday.

Joining Lewis in the "limited" category again today were linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (hamstring) and safety Haruki Nakamura (thigh).

Running back Anthony Allen (hamstring) had a full practice.

For the 49ers, starting running back Frank Gore (knee), tackle Anthony David (ankle), wide receiver Michael Crabtree (foot) and wide receiver Braylon Edwards (knee) all were limited again today.
