A day after visiting with the Ravens, free agent defensive back Marlin Jackson has inked a deal elsewhere.
Jackson has signed a two-year contract with the Eagles, according to ESPN.
A former first-round pick of the Colts back in 2005, Jackson was considered an option to improve the Ravens' depth at cornerback, although yesterday's visit to Owings Mills was reportedly more of a meet-and-greet than anything else.
The fact that Jackson ended the last two seasons on Injured Reserve with serious knee injuries makes him a bit of a question mark going forward.
The Ravens will almost certainly still look to add another cornerback, either through free agency or the draft.
