The Ravens have said for the last couple months that they plan on adding a veteran kicker to compete with Billy Cundiff during training camp.
Shayne Graham has seemed like the logical option ever since Neil Rackers signed with the Texans in early April, and sometime soon, Graham signing with the Ravens could become official.
ESPN is reporting that the Ravens are closing in on a one-year deal with Graham, who has spent the last seven years with the Bengals.
The 32-year-old kicker made the Pro Bowl in 2005 and has converted on 85 percent of his field goal attempts in his career.
Graham went 23-of-28 during the regular season last year, but he missed two short field goals (28 and 35 yards) in the Bengals' playoff loss to the Jets.
