Tight end Todd Heap was out at practice this afternoon after suffering a shoulder strain during the Ravens' win over the Jets on Monday night, but he did not have his helmet with him.
It looks like Heap will take it easy today, and the Ravens hope he'll be able to suit up on Sunday against the Bengals.
Nose tackle Terrence Cody was also out on the practice fields today, although he didn't appear to have his shell under his jersey. Cody had his surgically-repaired left knee wrapped. Head coach John Harbaugh said earlier today that Cody was not expected to participate in practice today.
Newly-signed cornerback Prince Miller made it to Owings Mills in time for today's afternoon practice, and the rookie was out and participating with his teammates.
Miller looks a little different on the practice field than he did the last time he was wearing a Ravens jersey, however.
He's now wearing No. 30, as his previous number, 22, is now being worn by safety Ken Hamlin.
