Ray is ready for some (college) football

It's perfect fall football weather in the Baltimore area today and we've got a handful of great college football matchups this afternoon and evening.

One of those games will be have the attention of a number of players in the Ravens locker room.

At 3:30 pm today, 12th ranked Miami will square off against No. 2 Ohio State for the first time since the 2002 National Championship game which featured arguably one of the most controversial calls in college football history.

Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Willis McGahee and Tavares Gooden all are Miami alums, and they'll certainly have their eyes on this contest later today.

Lewis admitted earlier in the week he was eagerly anticipating the Miami-Ohio State matchup.

"Yeah, we haven't played them since 2003 since we were robbed, but I'm not going to go there," Lewis joked.

Asked for a prediction, Lewis cracked a smile.

"Yeah, we're going to win," Lewis said. "What do you mean? What do you want me to say, that Ohio State is going to win? No. I just believe honestly that we have... I think Randy [Shannon] has now got the team kind of up under his thing, and hopefully we've got some pieces somewhere. Hopefully Jacory [Harris] can come out and have a good game, but it's going to be rough to win in the Horseshoe. That's a hard place to go win in, but I'm looking forward to it.

"I'm going to come practice real hard on Saturday and sit down the rest of the day and enjoy college football."

You and me both, Ray. You and me both.
