Some Rice, some Foxworth

Rice Rice suffered a minor ankle injury in Sunday's loss to the Bengals, but the Ravens' Pro Bowl running back said earlier today that the ankle is feeling better and he expected to practice today.

I'm just now getting in from this afternoon's practice, which, as he had promised, Rice took part in.

"My ankle's great," Rice said. "I'm going to go out here and practice today. I was sore Monday, but being that I was able to finish the game was a great sign. I got a little shook up. I thought it was something more than what it was, but I'm out here today full-go and I'll be ready to play."

Meanwhile, Domonique Foxworth was at Ravens headquarters this morning, and the injured cornerback was walking without crutches or any form of assistance.

Foxworth tore the ACL in his right knee the first practice of training camp, knocking him out for the season, and hasn't been seen by reporters since the Ravens returned from Westminster and began practicing at their Owings Mills complex.

It was good to see Foxworth up and walking around again free and easy, and I must say, he was moving without much of a limp.
