Suggs: Pryce will sign with Jets

Could Rex Ryan be bringing another Raven to New York with him?

According to Terrell Suggs' Twitter account, defensive end Trevor Pryce, who the Ravens released yesterday, will sign with the Jets and reunite with Ryan, his former defensive coordinator in Baltimore.

"kinda sad 2day. my boy trevor pryce signed wit the JETS!!!!!" Suggs Tweeted. "happy for him but would rather he be on my team!!!!!"

The Ravens had hoped that their decision to part ways with Pryce would be temporary. Head coach John Harbaugh said yesterday that the team planned on re-signing the four-time Pro Bowler in the near future, and the team had kept his locker in tact.

"Oh, high possibility," Harbaugh said, when asked if there was a chance of Pryce returning. "You've got roster issues that you deal with, and that's not something we wanted to do. Trevor's a big part of what we're doing here, and we anticipate getting him back. It's just what we had to do for now."

If Suggs' comments are accurate, it appears Pryce won't be returning after all.
