The rollercoaster first two weeks of Prince Miller's NFL career has taken yet another turn.
The Ravens have signed Miller off the Patriots' practice squad today, and he will re-join Baltimore's active roster, the team announced. The Ravens released cornerback Bryan McCann to make room for Miller on the 53-man roster.
The undrafted rookie cornerback was with the Ravens throughout OTAs and training camp, and initially was a part of the team's final roster.
But he was waived a day after being told he had made the team, and instead of re-joining the Ravens as a member of their practice squad, he opted to sign with New England's developmental roster.
Now, he's back. Miller will add depth in the secondary and could be a factor as a punt returner in light of Tom Zbikowski's poor performance in that aspect on Monday night against the Jets.
