Déjà vu all over again

Last year, the Broncos rolled into Baltimore a perfect 6-0 and got crushed, 30-7.

This year, Denver came into Charm City with the NFL's top-ranked passing offense and thoughts of redemption. Doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

Like last year's game against Denver, the Ravens have come out on an absolute tear, moving the ball at will and shutting down the Broncos' high-powered offense.

They currently have a 17-0 lead just 20 minutes into the game, and it could have been far worse had Baltimore not turned the ball over on downs on the Denver one-yard-line on the opening possession of the game.

Joe Flacco has carried his recent hot streak into today, going 8-of-11 for 145 yards, and he has a rushing touchdown as well. Ray Rice has 41 yards rushing on just seven carries, and reached the end zone for the first time this season here in the second quarter. Flacco has hit six different receiving targets, and the Broncos are having trouble containing the Ravens' multiple aerial weapons,

Defensively, the Ravens have shut down Kyle Orton and the Broncos' passing attack. Orton, who came into today as the league's top passing quarterback, has just 46 passing yards today, and hasn't been able to get his offense past their own 45-yard-line.

The Ravens have absolutely dominated the Broncos today. Yet again.
