Ravens drop OT thriller to Pats 23-20

They won a tight one over the Jets in New Jersey.

They came from behind to beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh.

But Joe Flacco and the Ravens just didn't have enough on the road this time, blowing a 10-point fourth quarter lead and losing to the Patriots at Gillette Stadium in a 23-20 overtime thriller.

The Ravens led 20-10 early in the fourth, but wide receiver Deion Branch's touchdown grab cut that lead to three, and Stephen Gostkowski's 24-yard field goal tied the game with under seven minutes to go in regulation.

Gostkowski then gave the Pats the win with a 35-yarder in overtime.

That kick came after nearly 12 minutes of back and forth OT action which saw both teams enter their opponents' territory only to punt the ball away.

The Ravens fall to 4-2 with the loss, and will return home to face the Bills next week at M&T Bank Stadium.
