A couple of you had asked me recently whether the Ravens would be interested in bringing back linebacker Antwan Barnes, who was released by the Eagles this weekend.
Head coach John Harbaugh was asked that very same question during his Monday press conference, and as expected, he said re-signing Barnes is not something the Ravens are considering.
"We don't really have a roster opportunity right now for that," Harbaugh said. "I wouldn't be opposed to it. Antwan's a good person, a good player, and obviously, he's done some good things here. But right now, there's just no way, roster-wise, we could pull that off."
The Ravens traded Barnes to Philadelphia prior to the start of the regular season. Word out of Philly is that the Eagles won't be bring the four-year veteran back, and apparently, the Ravens won't be either.
