Head coach John Harbaugh said earlier today that tight end Todd Heap had an "outside chance" of playing Monday night against the Texans with a hamstring injury.
That outside chance has turned into zero chance.
Heap has been ruled out for Monday's game, meaning that rookie Ed Dickson will get his first career start.
CB Fabian Washington (left hamstring) is listed as questionable, and said today that he will likely be a game-time decision. Washington missed practice today for the second straight day.
Three Ravens are listed as probable: FB Le'Ron McClain (ankle), CB Lardarius Webb (thigh) and S Tom Zbikowski (foot).
For the Texans, reserve TE Garrett Graham (hamstring) has been ruled out.
10 Texans are listed as probable, including eight starters.
Here are the eight: WR Andre Johnson (ankle), DE Mario Williams (groin), QB Matt Schaub (knee), RG Mike Brisiel (shoulder), LB Brian Cushing (knee), TE Owen Daniels (hamstring), CB Glover Quin (hand) and RT Eric Winston (shoulder).
TE Joel Dressen (ribs) and LB Xavier Adibi (hamstring) are also listed as probable for Houston.
Johnson, Williams and Cushing were limited today, while the rest of those listed as probable had a full practice.
