The other Bundy (O’s win 4-2)

On the same night that the Orioles selected Dylan Bundy with the fourth-overall pick in the First-Year Player Draft, brother Bobby took the mound for Single-A Frederick and held the Potomac Nationals to one run over seven innings.

Bundy allowed seven hits, walked two and struck out six. He also lowered his ERA to 2.73.

The Orioles used to collect Brittons. Now it’s Bundys.

Everybody needs a hobby.

First baseman Tyler Townsend hit his 10th home run for the Keys.

Outstanding job by the Orioles’ bullpen so far.

Jim Johnson was perfect in 1 2/3 innings, and his last pitch, which resulted in a ground ball to first baseman Derrek Lee, was clocked at 98 mph.

The Athletics couldn’t get the ball out of the infield against Johnson, who threw 10 strikes among his 13 pitches.

Koji Uehara pitched the eighth and retired the A’s in order, getting a fly ball, ground ball and strikeout.

Now it’s time for Kevin Gregg to nail down the save.

Instant update: Gregg struck out two in a perfect ninth.
