Nationals-Brewers lineups for Monday

MILWAUKEE - Hello from Miller Park, where the Nationals and Brewers begin a three-game series at 8:10 Eastern time tonight.

Miller Park is on the site of old Milwaukee County Stadium, where I saw my first major league game in 1991 - an old American League East tilt between the Red Sox and Brewers. Boston won 14-4, and I think we were in the car by the seventh inning, heading back across the state for my grandparents’ 40th wedding anniversary. Not much of a game. How things have changed around here since then.

Anyway, now that I’m back from that trip down memory lane, here are the Nationals’ and Brewers’ lineups for tonight’s game. Adam LaRoche is still out, after going to New York to get tests on his left shoulder today. And Tom Gorzelanny returns to Miller Park looking to put some of his ugly past against the Brewers behind him; he’s got a 9.88 ERA in his last three starts here, though he won his most recent start in Miller Park in September 2009.
