Dodgers-Nationals lineups for Tuesday

Good afternoon from Nationals Park - and a happy Strasmas (maybe) to all of you out there. The Nationals haven’t made any announcements about their game with the Dodgers tonight, though the tarp is currently on the field and there is plenty of rain in the forecast for tonight’s game. But as of now, we’re still on. Check back for updates throughout the afternoon.

Here is the Nationals’ lineup for tonight’s game. I’ll post the Dodgers’ lineup once it’s available:

Desmond - SS
Werth - CF
Zimmerman - 3B
Morse - LF
Gomes - RF
Espinosa - 2B
Marrero - 1B
Ramos - C
Strasburg - P

Update: Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo just told MLB Network that any decision on the status of tonight’s game probably wouldn’t be made until close to the scheduled 7:05 p.m. start time. If the game is postponed, Rizzo said fans can expect to see Strasburg pitch Wednesday in one of the games of a doubleheader, though Rizzo couldn’t say whether it would be a single-admission or day-night twinbill. So stay tuned and plan accordingly.
