Update: I've got a new blog post analyzing the first three innings of the game, where the Nationals took a 2-1 lead on Laynce Nix's ninth homer of the year. I'll have more on this later, but how surprised have you been by Nix this year? He's hitting .308, and has as many homers as Josh Willingham. I'm not sure that will last, but at the moment, the Nationals haven't missed Willingham as much as it might appear they would.
